<p>The Program Coordinator will organize and lead faculty in a manner that ensures quality classroom instruction. They will administer programs, monitor the learning process and tailor course materials to the levels and needs of individual students, which will ultimately allow students to develop employable skills leading them to jobs that are commensurate with student ability and employer expectation.</p> <p>The Electrical Program Coordinator will have a hand in:</p> <ul> <li>Instructional Delivery </li><li>Student Service </li><li>Subject Matter Expertise </li><li>Faculty Management, Mentoring, and Training </li><li>Program Administration </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years' work experience as an Electrician or similar position in the Electrical field </li><li>3-5 years' classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level preferred </li><li>3 years of successful leadership and management experience preferred </li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li></ul> <p>About our company:</p> <p>YTI Career Institute, a subsidary of Porter and Chester Institute, is a leading trade school for over 75 years and adheres to one basic vision: to educate and train our students to the level that will make them competent employees.
