<p>We are currently seeking a Cook 3 - Breakfast Line to join our Culinary Team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have strong breakfast line experience, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a team-oriented mindset.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare and execute all breakfast menu items-including eggs to order, omelets, breakfast meats, pancakes, waffles, and specialty dishes-according to standardized recipes and Hyatt quality standards</p> </li><li> <p>Operate and maintain equipment such as flat tops, griddles, fryers, and ovens specific to breakfast production</p> </li><li> <p>Set up and break down breakfast stations daily, ensuring all mise en place is prepared and stored properly for service</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor food levels and replenish as needed during service to ensure consistent guest satisfaction</p> </li><li> <p>Work multiple stations efficiently with speed and consistency in a high-volume setting</p> </li><li> <p>Support and direct junior kitchen staff in the absence of a supervisor</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and culinary leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all food safety guidelines, temperature logs, and sanitation standards are followed consistently</p> </li></ul> <p>View our Virtual Reality Experience to spend a 'day in the life' of a hospitality professional at a full-service hotel.</p>
