<p>C11 - First Party Fraud Risk Intermediate Analyst</p> <p>The Fraud Risk Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Guard against intelligent, adaptive perpetrators of financial crime. </li><li>Manages the Fraud Investigation team and their overall effectiveness by assisting them in the use of their day to day applications </li><li>Ensure day-to-day Operations are performed according to agreed Service Level Agreements </li><li>Maintains an effective complaint case management system to track and monitor complaints </li><li>Minimizes defects and operational losses and track metrics for performance measurement, service levels and monitoring key triggers for early warning signals </li><li>Drives initiatives to enhance client experience and improve operating efficiency and productivity through re-engineering and process improvements by actively identifying opportunities </li><li>Closely monitors the service level indicators and ensuring that all complaints are investigated timely, customer impact is assessed promptly by analyzing root causes to identify issues and address them effectively by engaging all stakeholders </li><li>Performs sampling on suspicious transactions/accounts to ensure the delivery of quality judgement/decisions and service </li><li>Performs other duties and functions as assigned </li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years previous experience in Fraud, Customer Services or Banking Operations </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience </li><li>----------------------------------------------------- </li></ul> <p>Job Family Group:</p> <p>Risk Management</p> <ul> <li>----------------------------------------------------- </li></ul> <p>Job Family:</p> <p>Fraud Risk</p> <ul> <li>----------------------------------------------------- </li></ul> <p>Time Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <ul> <li>----------------------------------------------------- </li></ul> <p>Primary Location:</p> <p>San Antonio Texas United States</p> <ul> <li>----------------------------------------------------- </li></ul> <p>Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:</p> <p>$62,620.00 - $87,380.00</p> <p>In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
