The Senior Engineer for Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for the development, planning, programming and implementation of all enterprise-wide IAM systems.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the lead engineer for RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) integrations, ensuring seamless implementation across enterprise systems. </li><li>Develop and maintain scripts to automate identity and access management tasks, leveraging languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar. </li><li>Design and implement provisioning solutions using various methods, including Active Directory (AD), SCIM, API, and direct database integrations. </li><li>Lead the configuration, administration, and maintenance of RBAC frameworks to support secure and efficient access management. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RBAC with existing and new applications, ensuring compliance and scalability. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RBAC and provisioning processes. </li><li>Document processes, procedures, and training materials for RBAC and provisioning operations. </li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity management, scripting, and provisioning technologies. </li><li>Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level. </li><li>Complete other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum five years' experience participating in IT security projects.</p> <p>Experience with industry accepted security standards.</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in IT, criminal justice, Cyber Security, or related field preferred</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision</p> <p>401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts</p> <p>Employee Fuel Discount</p> <p>Adoption Assistance</p> <p>Tuition Reimbursement</p> <p>Onsite Gym and Cafeteria</p> <p>Weekly Pay</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines</p>
