<p>Patient & Family Concierge - Entry-Level & Senior Opportunities</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Full-Time: 3 12-hour shifts per week</p> <p>The Nursing Support position requires the availability to work rotating, 12-hour shifts. Shifts are scheduled on a rotating basis meaning you are required to work daylight, evening, overnights, weekends, and holidays and having full open rotating availability 7 days a week.</p> <p>No prior experience required for entry-level role</p> <p>Entry Level: No experience required | Starts at $18.00/hr</p> <p>Senior Level: 6+ months of experience| Starts at $18.40/hr</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Join our team as a Patient & Family Concierge, where you'll play a vital non-clinical support role enhancing the hospital experience for patients, families, and visitors. With responsibilities that span multiple departments-including transport, dietary, environmental services, and guest support-this is a dynamic, service-focused position designed to create a positive first and lasting impression.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Greet and assist patients and visitors, offering directions and escorting as needed</p> <p>Deliver meals, water, and nourishments to patient rooms</p> <p>Transport patients and essential equipment or specimens throughout the facility</p> <p>Restock supplies, organize common areas, and support room readiness</p> <p>Answer phones, respond to call lights under supervision, and round hourly to assess patient needs</p> <p>Assist with unit-specific non-clinical tasks, including paperwork distribution and maintaining family lounges</p> <p>This is a non-clinical role.
