The Chief Engineer advises and controls the Engineering operations within the resort, which includes the daily supervision of mechanical, structural, electrical, and other-related maintenance systems. Ensures all assets of the department, equipment, supplies and storage are properly locked and secured. </li><li>Manages relationships, contracts, compliance, and interface issues with the operation's business supporters and suppliers to ensure business needs and financial responsibilities are handled in a timely manner </li><li>Performs other related activities as required. </li></ul> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent. </li><li>3-5+Years of engineering experience in hotels or related industry. </li><li>3-5+Years of managerial in the same or similar environment. </li><li>EPA - OSHA 10-30 - CPO certifications. </li><li>HVAC - Electrical - plumbing specific. </li><li>Project management experience. </li><li>Ability to write and speak English to comprehend and communicate job functions to engineering staff. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office. </li><li>Flexible Schedule. </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
