<p>As a Site Coordinator, you will be directing the installation, modification,</p> <p>and/or repair of related work on our project sites in a supervisory capacity.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising work and subcontractors on field project sites</p> </li><li> <p>Works with considerable independence but reports to project field leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Understands the importance of completing the work in accordance with contract documents and building codes</p> </li><li> <p>Plans work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises the work of personnel engaged in the installation and repairs</p> </li><li> <p>Supervises, inspects and keeps records of the completion of the punch list</p> </li><li> <p>Recruits and trains skilled trades helper personnel</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes safety and work performance standards</p> </li><li> <p>Manages material and delivery handling plans with team and subcontractors</p> </li><li> <p>Orders and updates jobsite supplies as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates site cleanup</p> </li><li> <p>Completes miscellaneous duties or special projects as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduation from a standard high school, GED or vocational school with experience as a journeyman; or equivilant training and experience</p> </li><li> <p>Must be a team player and/or work well with others</p> </li><li> <p>Highly preferred: Construction or related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the construction trade</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work</p> </li><li> <p>Able to supervise the work of skilled and semi-skilled craft workers</p> </li><li> <p>Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, drawings</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains good working relationships with personnel of other departments</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate clearly and concisely in writing and orally</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in the use and care of the standard tools and equipment for the industry</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehends and can communicate in English</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate in additional language(s) encouraged</p> </li><li> <p>Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: Self-Motivated, Results Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships, Builds People / Teams & Followership, Sets Direction & Executes</p> </li></ul>
