<p>#LI-MV1 #LI-Remote</p> <p>Essential Functions and Primary Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proactively prospect and generate new B2B business through cold calling, networking, field outreach, and digital engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Achieve annual new revenue targets through consultative sales to new clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a high-activity "door opener," focused on displacing legacy providers and winning net-new logos.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, solution development, proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and closing.</p> </li><li> <p>Track and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and prospect interactions within CRM systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Document and analyze won and lost opportunities to improve sales strategy and forecasting.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with internal implementation and client service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and support cross-selling opportunities across additional service lines.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide leadership with insights on market trends, competitive activity, and client needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to personal and professional development through annual goal setting and performance planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of full-suite HCM and payroll sales experience (Outside B2B sales)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience selling to mid-market organizations (50-500 employees)</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of prospecting new logos, quota attainment, and sales success</p> </li><li> <p>Positive, persistent, and self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure</p> </li><li> <p>Established network</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>Some relevant industry experience </li><li>Must obtain required licenses/credentials </li><li>Superior command of verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills </li><li>Proficient use of applicable technology </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally </li><li>Must be able to travel based on client and business needs </li></ul>
