In this role, you'll learn to support UV coating and lamination operations by assisting with machine setup, feeding materials, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Learn setup and operation of lamination and UV coating equipment (Royal Zenith, Steinman, Sakurai). </li><li>Assist with preparing materials, coatings, and feedstock based on job specifications. </li><li>Help feed sheets, stack finished products, and monitor quality throughout production. </li><li>Support machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance tasks. </li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all safety requirements. </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: $17-18hr (Biweekly Pay)</p> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation. </li><li>Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. </li><li>Basic math and measurement skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. </li><li>Prior manufacturing or finishing experience preferred (not required). </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>2nd Shift - Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm </li><li>3rd Shift - Sunday to Thursday - 10pm to 6pm </li></ul> <p>Help us bring stories to life-join the BPG-USA team today!</p> <p>This position is subject to a Pre-Employment Background Check, Drug Screening, and Employment Verification.</p>
