Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p> <p>We're seeking a future team member for the role of Voice L2 Support Lead to join our TSG Production Services team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL and Pittsburgh, PA (4 days in office required)</p> <p>In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for overseeing and supporting enterprise voice and unified communications systems, such as VoIP and SIP, serving as the US Voice lead. </li><li>Provides strategic guidance for the voice platform both regionally and globally.
