This positionis 100% on-site.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The ability to work independently and as a member of functional work teams </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft products </li><li>Ability to read and interpret written instructions </li><li>Customer Service </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent or higher </li><li>8+ years in an Technical Enduser support </li><li>4+ years experience with Mobile device support </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the Department of Defense </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Two/Four Year TechnicalSchool </li><li>Experience with PC Hardware, Printers, Networked EndUser Devices </li><li>6+ years experiencewith Mobile devices in an EndUser </li><li>10+ years in Technical Roles supportingEndUsers </li><li>Experience in IT Service Delivery </li><li>Experience using ServiceNow </li><li>Experience working with EB IT Department </li></ul>
