Primarily day and evening, rotating weekends, 2 holidays per year. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Required </li><li>Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred </li><li>Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <p>Licenses & Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Be eligible or has taken Multi-state Pharmacy Jurisprudence Exam (MPJE) and North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) to become licensed in the State of Illinois.
