Be the difference.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>To perform full range of grounds maintenance functions with minimal supervision and supports the Service Excellence program in all aspects of work.</p> <p>Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Cleans parking lots, garages, walkways, doorways and service court. 25% </li><li>Mows and trims lawns. 15% </li><li>Plants, fertilizes, prunes and sprays flowers, shrubs, trees and sod. 15% </li><li>Operates and maintains underground irrigation system. 15% </li><li>Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs to Groundskeeping equipment. 10% </li><li>Reviews work accomplishments to ensure satisfactory results are achieved. 10% </li><li>Applies pesticides to ornamentals and turf 10% </li><li>Other duties as assigned. 10% </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree earned</p> <p>1-year related</p> <p>Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses</p> <p>Valid driver's license, an acceptable three-year motor vehicle record as defined by the Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Chart, and a certificate of auto insurance.</p> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</p> <p>SC Pesticide license and certificate in Horticulture preferred</p> <p>Effective at Data Conversion</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>Location</p> <p>Richland</p> <p>Facility</p> <p>1510 Richland Hospital</p> <p>Department</p> <p>15108300 Plant Operations</p> <p>Share your talent with us!
