<p>Job Title: Electrical Test Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>As an Electrical Test Technician you will work cross-functionally with computer vision software and hardware engineers. You will engage in testing, service, calibration, and debugging of camera systems. This role involves hands-on work utilizing schematic diagrams and test equipment to ensure high-quality performance. You will also contribute to the design and construction of test equipment. This position is perfect for someone looking for a mix of hands-on technical work and team collaboration.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Test, service, calibrate, and debug camera systems </li><li>Utilize schematic diagrams and test equipment </li><li>Contribute to the design and construction of test equipment </li><li>Perform root cause analysis and failure tracking </li><li>Engage in diagnostic testing and documentation processes </li><li>Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and solutions </li><li>Work with lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes and signal generators </li><li>Conduct testing and data collection </li><li>Assist in board assembly, SMT soldering, and wiring </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Electrical troubleshooting and repair </li><li>Debugging and testing equipment </li><li>Root cause analysis </li><li>Experience with analog and digital circuits </li><li>Proficiency with lab instrumentation (oscilloscope, signal generator) </li><li>Familiarity with schematic capture tools including Altium </li><li>Adaptability and flexibility </li><li>Excellent debug and rework skills </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of demonstrated experience in the field </li><li>Associate's degree or higher in Electrical Technology or a related field </li><li>Proficiency with MS Office and Excel </li><li>Experience with camera systems is a plus </li><li>Strong documentation process skills </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment is a mixture of lab and office settings.
