You will play a crucial role in developing solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for team decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the application development process from concept to delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement best practices for application development.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in application development.</p> </li></ul> <p>On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekends. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10% if needed.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of experience in Ivalua (Must be proficient)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and developing scalable applications.</p> </li><li> <p>HS Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with database management systems</p> </li><li> <p>Team player and quick learner with excellent communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
