<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Provides administrative support to one or more individuals in a division/department. Responds to inquiries from other areas in the Bank.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Performs a variety of duties to assist in smooth and efficient daily operation of the department.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs calculations necessary to obtain data for regular or special reports or documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieves, prepares and manages records of debit alert communication to Banking Centers</p> </li><li> <p>Responds to Banking Center calls or e-mail inquiries on debit card alerts and debit card disputes.</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieves and files various card or ATM compliance documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform essential functions of Resource Card Desk such as Resource Card ordering, card maintenance, card closing, responding to Resource Card internal email requests, working e-forms for Travel Exception cases, card limit increases, card creation function and Test ATM Balancing.</p> </li><li> <p>Exercise common sense and good judgment in decision making.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the department standards, policies and procedures established by management.</p> </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE/SKILLS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent organizational skills and attention to details</p> </li><li> <p>Works effectively in a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent customer service skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; Excel, Access, Word, and Internet Explorer.</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION</p> <p>High school diploma or GED.</p> <p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
