Monitors and initiates protocols for life safety alarms. Follows pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Applies knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts, practices, and procedures within the hospital.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/G.E.D. </li><li>1 year previous high volume telephone experience. </li><li>1 year previous customer service experience. </li></ul> <p>Where You'll Work</p> <p>Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital ? Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community.
