People live and work happy here!</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Executive Director-Administrator is responsible for the overall strategic leadership and day-to-day operations of our campus, which includes Independent and Assisted Living Apartments, Respite Care, Skilled Nursing, Outpatient Therapy, and Short Stay Rehabilitation services. This individual ensures the delivery of exceptional resident-centered care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive working environment for all staff.</p> <p>This role requires a visionary and compassionate leader who can balance clinical excellence, financial performance, and a culture that supports both residents and team members.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Leadership & Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Provide visionary leadership and direction for all campus service lines, aligning operations with the organization's mission and values. </li><li>Cultivate a strong, resident-focused culture that promotes dignity, respect, and excellence in service delivery. </li><li>Serve as the face of the community, developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, staff, referral sources, and the local community. </li></ul> <p>Operations Management</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the daily operations of independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and therapy services to ensure high-quality care and services. </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with department leaders to implement efficient systems and workflows that support excellent resident outcomes and employee satisfaction. </li></ul> <p>Financial Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage budgets for each service line; monitor financial performance and implement corrective action when necessary. </li><li>Drive census growth and optimize reimbursement by maintaining high-quality care standards and leveraging marketing strategies. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Development</p> <ul> <li>Hire, mentor, and evaluate department heads and leadership staff. </li><li>Foster a collaborative, accountable, and engaged workplace culture. </li><li>Support employee training, development, and recognition programs. </li></ul> <p>Quality & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to resident care, satisfaction, staff retention, and compliance. </li><li>Lead the campus through successful state and federal surveys and accreditation processes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field required; master's degree preferred. </li><li>Current Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator License or eligibility required. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare administration. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. </li><li>Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget oversight and census growth. </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>What's In It For You?</p> <ul> <li>Competitive benefits package including low premiums, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA contribution matching, 401(k) with company match, and more! </li><li>Competitive wage scales and tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs up to $3,000 per year. </li><li>A great culture where we live out our mission "to celebrate life in environments we create by delivering exceptional service and superior value through innovative leadership in personalized care." </li></ul> <p>In 1989, Nye Health Services was founded on the philosophy that people deserve services that recognize individuality and are tailored to their unique needs.
