This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who thrive on human connections, crave success, and aspire to advance in the sales arena. Many of our BDRs have earned promotions within just 18 months, with some achieving this milestone in as little as 10 months!</p> <p>What will you do every day?</p> <ul> <li>Proactively research and reach out to potential clients via compelling cold calls and persuasive emails. </li><li>Present the business impact of scent marketing and air purification to captivate potential clients. </li><li>Collaborate with regional sales leaders to seek out new business opportunities within major markets across North America. </li><li>Facilitate meetings and calls between prospective clients and our Regional Account Executives. </li><li>Report sales results to the Sales Manager, providing valuable industry and market insights. </li><li>Stay at the forefront of customer experience trends in the hospitality, real estate, retail, gaming, fitness, and senior living industries. </li><li>Collaborate with fellow business development teammates on creative prospecting initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Who are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and within a collaborative team environment. </li><li>Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to build rapport, and generate interest in our products and services. </li><li>A talent for persuading and delivering captivating presentations. </li><li>A highly motivated sales-oriented person who is driven by hitting their goals and thrives on success. </li><li>BA/BS degree preferred or some experience in Marketing or Sales.
