This management-level role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, elevating safety performance across site operations, and maintaining a proactive safety culture. The ideal candidate brings strong construction safety expertise with a focus on electrical systems and mission-critical environments.</p> <p>Essential Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Enforce Loenbro's safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities. </li><li>Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals. </li><li>Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance. </li><li>Lead incident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs. </li><li>Collaborate closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives. </li><li>Support planning and execution of high-risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts. </li><li>Promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce. </li></ul> <p>Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>CHST certification or a minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction safety. </li><li>If CHST is not held, it must be obtained within the first 12 months. </li><li>Experience in electrical safety and data center construction (strongly preferred). </li><li>Deep knowledge of OSHA standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety best practices. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software. </li><li>Ability to travel periodically as needed. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment</p> <p>The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
