Building effective teams with a moral ethical character and doing whats right for our clients and employees are just a few important factors of being an effective leader with Gothic.</p> <p>This position will be located in the Greater Orange County, CA</p> <p>Responsibilities of the ASSOCIATE BRANCH MANAGER TREE CARE role will include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for tree care & maintenance operations in achieving its overall objectives of quality, retention, growth and profitability </li><li>This may include, evaluating trees for diseases/pathogens and proposing treatments where appropriate </li><li>Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and jobsite quality, address operational issues, and implement processes to improve customer experience </li><li>Ensures that our operations team have the tools they need to perform their jobs satisfactorily including people and equipment, a detailed budget, etc. </li><li>Personally inspects jobs to assess our quality on jobs and the game plan that our operations employees are employing to achieve our objectives. Oversees branch team building, training and development programs </li><li>Continually takes the pulse of clients through informal telephone conversations, lunch meetings, industry events, etc. and formal customer satisfaction surveys. Ensures that we respond quickly and properly to all reasonable customer requests </li><li>Ensures that all Branch employees understand the overall company objectives as well as their individual departmental objectives and that they work together to achieve the stated objectives </li><li>Ensures the team is continually developing bench strength within the field and management teams to facilitate expected growth. Promoting from within is always preferred whenever possible </li><li>Partners with our Business Developer to increase market growth with new prospective clients </li><li>Prepares appropriate annual, monthly, and weekly business plans for the operations </li></ul> <p>Are you the right fit for this role?</p> <ul> <li>Skills & experience that are necessary as an Associate Branch Manager Tree Care will include, but not limited to: </li><li>ISA Certified Arborist certification is required </li><li>Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) is highly preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.
