<p>Description</p> <p>The Sales Engineer position is part of our Revenue Operations team and is responsible for working with sales representatives and prospects to confirm information for successful implementation, practice management system (PM) requirements, and any necessary integration process. Attends calls with prospects prior to the closing of the sale as part of the sales process. Confirms prospective customers meet all technical requirements for the sale to go through, making sure that both Solutionreach and the new customer are aligned on technical expectations.</p> <p>You will work closely with prospects that have a flagged PM (e.g., new integration, export, or an unusual sync) and aid in helping sales representatives close deals that fit these criteria.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>What will I need to thrive in this role?</p> <ul> <li>2 years of experience in sales, CS, or a technical role. </li><li>Prior sales engineer experience. </li><li>Subject matter expertise on products and PM integration process. </li><li>Proficiency with CRM tools, including Salesforce and appAdmin. </li><li>Ability and resourcefulness to build relationships with prospective customers. </li><li>Self-starter with time management and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to interact well with external and internal customers. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Intentional energetic presence. </li><li>Team player, adaptability, and a positive mindset. </li></ul> <p>What does high performance look like?</p> <ul> <li>You embody the tenets of our Credo: Team Members First, Communicate Clearly, Fearlessly Lead and Evolve, Bring Our Best Selves. </li><li>You help sales representatives continually meet and exceed monthly sales goals and expectations. </li><li>Your involvement results in a higher close rate than deals you are not involved in. </li><li>You understand the unique talents and capabilities of Solutionreach and how that applies to the healthcare space while demonstrating high proficiency to prospects. </li><li>You know how to speak the language of your audience, whether that is a senior executive of an enterprise DSO or an office manager at a single location practice. </li></ul> <p>What is the selection process?</p> <ul> <li>A phone call with Manager of Talent Acquisition </li><li>An in-person or video interview with the Hiring Manager </li><li>An in-person or video interview with the Department Director or other senior executive leader </li></ul> <p>Solutionreach, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and E-Verify participant.
