It is a contract position with 6 months to start, with strong potential for extension. This position offers benefits!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules (ITSM, ITAM, Discovery, etc.). </li><li>Handle day-to-day ServiceNow development and administration tasks. </li><li>Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot issues and fulfill service requests. </li><li>Work with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and system goals. </li><li>Configure SLA definitions, service catalog items, and associated workflows. </li><li>Maintain system documentation and technical specifications. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of various ServiceNow modules and best practices. </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow integrations and Performance Analytics. </li><li>Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Enhance key ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, and Service Request Fulfillment. </li><li>Build integrations with external systems using Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors, or third-party APIs. </li><li>Design and deliver executive-facing dashboards using Performance Analytics. </li><li>Develop an automated FedEx integration to retrieve and display shipment tracking information within ServiceNow. </li></ul>
