Fathom's extensive certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 Design, ISO 13485:2016, AS9100:2016, NIST 800-171 and ITAR.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead prototype development and production </li><li>Work with engineers on custom projects </li><li>Program and operate CNC machines for complex parts </li><li>Program complex parts using provided CAD/CAM software </li><li>Inspection using manual gauges and instruments </li><li>Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings </li><li>Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process </li><li>Observe all company quality and safety procedures </li><li>Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues </li><li>Participates in Lean manufacturing events </li><li>Team Lead(Optional):Oversee team of machinist, provide technical direction, and manage projects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Associate degree in a relevant field or (5+) years of experience </li><li>Expertise in CNC programming, multi-axis machining </li><li>Ability to read and interpret complex technical specifications </li><li>Expertise in working with exotic materials and tight tolerances </li><li>Strong work ethic and high attention to detail </li><li>Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment </li><li>Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information </li><li>Great communication skills </li><li>Team Lead(Optional):Experience mentoring or supervision junior staff, leadership skill, experience managing projects or teams of varying skill level. </li></ul> <p>What we offer:</p> <p>Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
