This diverse team - representing a wide variety of disciplines and talents from technical directors, writers and lighting designers to choreographers, cosmetologists, and music producers - brings magical worlds to life through technical expertise, performance excellence, incomparable ingenuity, unparalleled spectacle… and a dash of pixie dust.</p> <p>The Senior Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in warehousing and shipments, while effectively utilizing strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>The Senior Inventory Control Clerk will report to the Area Manager-Costume Storage</p> <p>This a full-time role.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure inventory transactions are input and reconciled through a Warehouse Management System (WMS)</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Costume Buyers to reconcile payment or quantity discrepancies</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and research cycle counts and reconciliations for inventory accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal partners to ensure order details and requirements are accurate and aligned</p> </li><li> <p>Help with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Costuming Leadership Team</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with SAP WMS, Warehouse Management Systems, or other logistics systems</p> </li><li> <p>Experience identifying issues, troubleshooting, and implementing process improvements</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in planning, problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing, and negotiating (written and verbal communication)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a team environment where collaboration is key</p> </li><li> <p>Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including extended hours and holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work around all types of fabrics, fibers, and synthetic furs</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to drive between work locations in a given day</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a physically demanding role that requires lifting to 50 lbs. as well as frequent climbing, squatting, and standing for long durations of time</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience utilizing Blue Yonder, Smartsheet, and/or advanced Excel functionality</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in Disney costuming within warehouse operations and procedures</p> </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent is required</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced degree in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, or related field is preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
