With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Office Services Associate - Mail and Storage is responsible for the day-to-day operations of product storage closets and mail services. This includes stocking, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and internal deliveries. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. As a member of a lead team, this associate must be capable of performing all functional responsibilities and supporting service excellence across departments.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Storage & Inventory Support:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain product closets by monitoring supply levels and ensuring timely restocking. </li><li>Organize and present storage areas in a clean, efficient, and accessible manner. </li><li>Track inventory activity, assist with ordering supplies, and update logs accordingly. </li><li>Communicate with departments to fulfill supply needs and requests. </li></ul> <p>Mail Services Operations:</p> <ul> <li>Receive, review, sort, and document incoming mail and packages. </li><li>Deliver and transport materials across departments, including office supplies and packages. </li><li>Prepare outbound shipments using appropriate systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx). </li><li>Pick up and process outgoing packages from internal locations. </li><li>Inspect incoming items for safety concerns and follow all safety procedures. </li></ul> <p>Administrative & Team Support:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately log activity and maintain mail and inventory records. </li><li>Provide excellent, courteous service to staff and visitors. </li><li>Assist with cross-training initiatives and provide backup support across the office services team. </li><li>Carry out additional duties as directed by management. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in office services, facilities, or mailroom operations. </li><li>Strong customer service skills with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to multitask and work both independently and within a team. </li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate carts/equipment as needed. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Dependable and proactive work ethic. </li><li>Professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and task management capabilities. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing needs and prioritize effectively. </li></ul>
