<p>Northwest Michigan Health Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Mid-Level Provider - Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP or a Physician Assistant, PA - located in beautiful Northwest Michigan. This role would be a split position - 3 days per week at our Child and Adolescent Health Center at Manistee Area Public Schools, and 2 days per week at our Shelby Clinic. We are seeking a Mid-Level Provider who has at least one year of experience in family practice.</p> <p>As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the patient-centered health Model at NMHSI.
