The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations using the Workato platform to streamline business process integrations across our "Quote to Cash" and "Workflow Application" ecosystems. This role requires a deep understanding of integration tools and technologies, with a focus on Workato as a platform, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technology teams to achieve project goals.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions using Workato. Architect integration workflows (recipes), develop custom integrations using Workato's connectors and APIs, and implement advanced data mapping (ETL) and transformation logic using JSON, XML, and Workato expressions.</p> </li><li> <p>Best Practices and Optimization: Implement best practices for recipe lifecycle management, monitoring, and optimizing task usage. Ensure adherence to best practices in security, scalability, and performance, and maintain and improve existing integration solutions to ensure optimal performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative Integration Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with various enterprise applications such as Dynamics CRM, Workday, InTapp, Conga, and ServiceNow. Translate technical specifications into working models, providing regular insight to ensure alignment on integration objectives and timelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to integrations, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation additionally inclusive of integration diagrams and deployment guides</p> </li><li> <p>Security and Governance: Ensure secure data handling practices including encryption, data masking, and tokenization. Use Git and CI/CD tools to manage recipe versioning and enable automated deployments. Monitor integration health through alerts, centralized logs, and dashboard metrics.</p> </li><li> <p>Innovation: Drive innovation in integration and automation processes by staying updated on the latest Workato features and evaluating new technologies or connectors to improve integration capabilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in IT, Technology, or relevant/equivalent work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of specific experience with Workato software performing noted responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Articulable proficiency in Workato GEARS framework</p> </li></ul> <p>"Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $110,000 - $129,400. For Illinois residents, the compensation range for this position: $110,000 - $129,400. For Washington residents, the compensation range for this position: $121,000 - $142,300. For New York residents, the compensation range for this position: $121,000 - $142,300. For Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $121,000 - $142,300. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $126,500 - $148,800. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
