<p>The Clerk II is a valuable member of our Outpatient Behavioral Health team who is responsible for providing a wide range of services, including medical records, general correspondence reports and forms. Responsible for handling or directing calls from public or staff in the best interest of the caller.</p> <p>Schedule Hours: 37 hours a week</p> <ul> <li>Monday 8:00 am-4:00 pm </li><li>Tuesday 8:00 am-4:00 pm </li><li>Wednesday 7:30 am -3:30 pm </li><li>Thursday 12:00 pm-8:00 pm </li><li>Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm </li><li>Enters programmatic data into computer. </li><li>Types client records, correspondence and memoranda. </li><li>Serves as receptionist when required. </li><li>Files documents, correspondence, and client related records properly. </li><li>Maintains and keeps records. </li><li>Interprets, as required, if bilingual. </li><li>Promotes efficient office operations. </li><li>Provides secretarial support to the program in general. </li><li>Enters data into various computer programs. </li><li>Compiles reports, data, and other documents as assigned. </li><li>Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. </li><li>Requires 1 year of general office experience. </li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and experience with the computer (Microsoft Programs). </li><li>Spanish-speaking a plus. </li></ul> <p>As the largest human service provider in Lake County, we believe that services must be available without barriers.
