<p>Job description</p> <p>We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. An HR Administrator must be an experienced professional and competent in all matters concerning HR. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee HR initiatives, systems and reporting </li><li>Serve as the point of contact for employment relations </li><li>Process all staff hiring and terminations </li><li>Facilitate benefits annual open enrollment </li><li>Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards </li><li>Manage grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required </li><li>Anticipate and resolve litigation risks </li><li>Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics </li><li>Coordinate with other departments for HR related tasks </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years experience as HR Administrator or Manager </li><li>Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives </li><li>Fundamental understanding of employment legislation and regulations </li><li>Fundamental understanding of payroll legislation and regulations </li><li>Thorough knowledge of HR management principles and best practices </li><li>A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element </li><li>Knowledge of data analysis and reporting </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Diligent with high ethical standards </li><li>BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field </li></ul>
