Be part of an extraordinary life!</p> <p>Pomperaug Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused overnight Security Guard to join our team!</p> <p>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Security Guard:</p> <ul> <li>Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property. Patrols inside and outside of the buildings and grounds of community. </li><li>Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls. </li><li>Keeps all main building, ambulance entrances and sidewalks clear of ice and snow. </li><li>Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. </li><li>Checks and secures all exterior doors and windows as outlined in established checklist. </li><li>Sets door tabs. </li><li>Maintains security rounds, including but not limited to safety inspections, accident/incident, work orders, property damage, unusual occurrences and service requests.
