We pride ourselves in valuing you and helping you succeed in your goals throughout your career.</p> <p>Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver</p> <ul> <li>Provide resident centered personal care including bathroom assistance, washing, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, and social support </li><li>Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct transfer techniques and equipment </li><li>Deliver a positive dining experience and assist residents with meals, snacks and supplements </li><li>Document resident care and behavior </li></ul> <p>Qualifications of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver</p> <ul> <li>Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills </li><li>Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success </li><li>Previous experience working with seniors preferred </li><li>Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest </li><li>Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and a level of understanding </li><li>Competent in organizational and time management skills </li><li>Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills </li><li>High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required. </li><li>Minimum age of 16.
