<p>Summary:</p> <p>Central States is looking for an IT Intern to support the centralization of CSM warranty data, a key initiative to improve data accessibility and business intelligence. This project will focus on migrating warranty data to Azure Data Lake, developing a Power BI Dashboard, and assisting in the decommissioning of legacy databases.</p> <p>Core Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Gather technical and business requirements from stakeholders regarding warranty data. </li><li>Assist in migrating warranty data from Syteline and Central Scope databases to Azure Data Lake. </li><li>Develop a searchable BI dashboard in Power BI to provide real-time warranty insights. </li><li>Support database decommissioning efforts by ensuring all necessary data is transferred. </li><li>Provide product demos and present project updates to IT leadership. </li></ul> <p>Duties, responsibilities, and activities are not limited to the list above and may change at any time with or without notice.</p> <p>Key Measures of Success:</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated and customer focused. </li><li>Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to identify deficiencies and troubleshoot. </li><li>Ability to work within a cooperative team environment as well as perform assignments autonomously. </li><li>Consistently exhibits and displays the company's values of "Own It.
