<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the deployment and maintenance of the enterprise mobility, AV, Virtual Care, or collaboration technologies including but not limited to Cisco AV, iPad, iPhone, Intune & Jamf. </li><li>Participates in the development and implementation of policies & procedures for standardizing work activities. </li><li>Maintains inventory, drawings, and other documentation to represent areas of responsibility. </li><li>Works with contractors and consultants on projects and support. </li><li>Provides expertise and uses good judgment to plan and accomplish goals. </li><li>Adheres to on-going development of ECU Health IS project management methodology. </li><li>Helps promote the philosophical direction of ECU Health IS in the adoption of IT Service Management (ITSM) by: </li><li>Following IS governance and ITSM processes and ensuring ITSM subject matter expertise. </li><li>Within the team, applies rigorous testing and quality assurance techniques to all system changes and strictly adheres to Change Control processes. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent work training and experience required </li><li>Bachelor's preferred- or higher. </li><li>At least one Associate level certification is required, or must be obtained within 6 months of hire: Example Jamf 100 </li><li>2 - 3 years of experience with integration and management of mobile device management tools </li><li>2 - 3 years of experience with maintaining AV systems </li><li>2 - 3 years of experience technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with iOS, Android, Windows, and mobile devices in an enterprise setting </li><li>Understanding of SIP and VOIP design and support </li><li>Experience working with project teams to design and implement new solutions </li><li>Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment </li><li>Independently motivated to seek knowledge in areas pertaining to their current position </li><li>Self-educates and seeks knowledge from mentors / management of ECU Health enterprise, Information Services environment relevant to their position </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>$68,806.40 - $100,294.48</p> <p>Other Information</p> <p>Location - Onsite - Greenville, NC</p> <p>ECU Health</p> <p>About ECU Health</p> <p>ECU Health is a mission-driven, 1,708-bed academic health care system serving more than 1.4 million people in 29 eastern North Carolina counties.
