The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, highly adaptable and possesses a collaborative mindset, dedicated to championing the needs of clients.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of accounts from transactional to moderately complex, ensuring engagement at both executive and operational levels. </li><li>Collaborate with Sr. Account Management to drive account retention and expansion, fostering trust-based strategic partnerships. </li><li>Enhance client satisfaction by proactively aligning evolving business needs with GAI's products and services, delivering measurable value. </li><li>Oversee the efficient implementation of products and services, ensuring timely delivery while managing risks, scope, and budget expectations. </li><li>Effectively conducts training sessions to enhance awareness of GAI's products and services, emphasizing the value they deliver to our client's business and their customers. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams-including Business Development, Marketing, Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims-to effectively address account-related concerns and drive client success. </li><li>Compile, analyze and present data insights on operational efficiency, performance trends and account growth, providing recommendations that strengthen relationships and optimize client accounts. </li><li>Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring documentation and alignment across all initiatives </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate Profile:</p> <ul> <li>Self-Leader - Makes well-informed decisions confidently.
