Along with competitive pay and a bonus program, we offer medical & RX, dental, vision, company paid life insurance, company matching 401(k), company matching HSA, paid vacations, 10 paid holiday's, EAP, gym credit, $2,000 perfect attendance bonus, $500 referral bonus, company paid uniforms, RX safety glasses program, work boot program, tuition reimbursement, internal training opportunities, plus much more!</p> <p>Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm but hours could vary.</p> <p>This position is responsible for running and setting up a variety of equipment in the Tech Cell which includes Press Brake; Laser and Buffalo Rolls machine.</p> <p>Responsibilites:</p> <ul> <li>Aligns parts or positions them against fixtures on a machine. </li><li>Stacks, racks, wraps, counts component or finished goods for placement onto skids. </li><li>Inspects parts according to requirements. </li><li>Use of calipers, tape measure, measuring fixtures and gauges. </li><li>Ability to use computer to log production documentation into Epicor software. </li><li>Ability to set-up and program Press Brakes, CNC Milling Machines, Fiber Optic Lasers & Rolls Equipment. </li><li>Ability to trouble shoot and make machine adjustments to assure dimensional compliance of parts. </li><li>Maintain production rate numbers and perform machine change overs in the appropriate time. </li><li>Familiar with working with a variety of materials including, Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum & Stainless. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>3+ years manufacturing experience on Press Brakes, Lasers and CNC Milling Machines preferred. </li><li>Computer data entry </li><li>Able to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds overhead. </li><li>Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and able to read blueprints. </li></ul> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer</p> <p>#ZR</p>
