<p>Description</p> <p>Terra Lake Heights Apartments is currently hiring a Make Ready/Groundkeeper professional.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements </li><li>Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas </li><li>Provide residents with outstanding customer service </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>At least 12 months of onsite experience </li><li>Should have knowledge of painting </li><li>Basic makeready skills </li><li>Should be able to lift more than 20lbs </li><li>Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units </li><li>Knowledge of appliances </li><li>Must be Bilingual (Spanish) </li><li>Willing to work overtime as needed, on weekends as needed. </li></ul> <p>Our Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
