This role is based in our facility in Janesville, WI and reports to the Plant Manager.</p> <p>The hours are Mo-Fri from 7am until 3.30pm. The starting wage is $20.96 per hour.</p> <p>Do not miss the opportunity to join a diverse group of people-centric professionals, thought leaders and rapid thinkers, entrepreneurs in spirit and status quo-fighters!</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an upbeat individual who will be responsible for coordinating production scheduling with customer service, production, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.</p> <p>Principal Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Schedules all requested products through workorder generation. </li><li>Analyzes production and shipping availability to determine ship dates. </li><li>Coordinates expedited orders that require schedule changes to meet requested ship dates. </li><li>Assist in preparing production reports when applicable. </li><li>Help determine low inventory levels for raw material and assist with purchasing raw material required for production. </li><li>Determine stock levels of components and finished goods and replenish when needed. </li><li>Assesses regular finished goods and raw material inventory by coordinating regular cycle counts. </li><li>Communicates effectively with all departments that could have a potential impact on the production schedule. Understands constraints and makes schedule changes accordingly. </li><li>Create product production cost. </li><li>Creates and communicates monthly reports. </li><li>Compile necessary information to determine the cause of inventory discrepancies to ensure inventory control. </li><li>Record production data which may include volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. </li></ul>
