<p>Job Description</p> <p>We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented receptionist to help drive the success of our NYC corporate office. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. In this role, you'll be the central force behind a welcoming workplace, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Manage the day-to-day operations of our 2 floor NYC office to ensure a clean, comfortable, and inviting workspace. </li><li>Act as the first point of contact to observe and troubleshoot facilities-related issues </li><li>Track and manage office-related budgets, orders, and inventory </li><li>Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. </li><li>Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. </li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. </li><li>Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. </li><li>Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges as required. </li><li>Manage conference room bookings and general office scheduling </li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. </li><li>Assist with office engagement activities such as lunches, and special events </li><li>Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory. </li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations. </li><li>Relocation support including sourcing and reserving housing (temporary and long term) for employees who relocate </li><li>Book travel for larger meetings and events </li><li>Maintain conference rooms and shared spaces such as supply closet and kitchens. </li><li>Uphold confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures. </li><li>Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed </li></ul>
