<p>About our Company</p> <p>We're a title company built for today. With digitally native tools, process improvement, and transparent pricing, we're tackling the antiquated title industry head-on. We think it's time that the 150-year-old title industry was brought into the 21st century. Closing on a real estate transaction should be simple, efficient, and clearly and fairly priced.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transaction Associate. This in-office position is ideal for someone seeking to build a career in the real estate or title industry. You'll play a vital support role across multiple departments, including post-closing, recording, and front-line operations, helping to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and internal teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Post-Closing & Recording Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with post-closing processes, including reading loan instructions and generating/printing FedEx, USPS, and Priority Mail labels for loan packages and trailing documents </li><li>Open, label, and sort incoming packages: clip recordable documents, make certified copies, and organize documents for next steps </li><li>Send trailing documents once they record, including uploading recorded documents to the appropriate portal and mailing them to the relevant parties </li><li>Generate USPS Priority Mail labels, stuff envelopes, and prepare documents for delivery </li><li>Send manual recordings to the county with return labels after trained recorder approval </li><li>Support holdback-related tasks and perform portal shelf audits as needed </li><li>Print invoices and match them with checks for mailing </li><li>Post underwriter bulletins </li></ul> <p>Front-Line & Administrative Duties</p> <ul> <li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls, triaging to the appropriate teams (e.g., Escrow Officers, Post-Closing, etc.) </li><li>Order updated payoffs as needed </li><li>Triage and respond to emails </li><li>Perform general clerical work, including scanning, copying, organizing files, and maintaining a professional office environment </li><li>Provide backup coverage across departments and assist with overflow tasks </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities </li><li>Comfortable using standard office equipment (scanners, copiers, phone systems) </li><li>Eagerness to learn and grow within the role </li><li>Prior office experience is a plus, but not required </li></ul>
