As a member of the Brand Studio, you'll collaborate across teams to develop brand experiences with Ripple and XRP-from concept through completion-translating concepts into compelling visual work that solves unique challenges.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</p> <ul> <li>Design brand touchpoints from concept to completion across digital, physical, and live experiences </li><li>Contribute to defining and evolving the brand identity, ensuring cohesion across all applications </li><li>Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful design solutions </li><li>Curate brand systems with attention to clarity, composition, and coherence </li><li>Create and maintain brand design libraries and documentation </li><li>Navigate concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment through communication and prioritization </li><li>Exchange honest, respectful feedback with teammates </li><li>Find opportunities to improve design processes and workflows </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BRING:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and visual storytelling </li><li>Portfolio, website, or links to work (with access and viewing instructions) </li><li>Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specialized skills e.g., motion, illustration a plus) </li><li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution </li><li>Collaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams </li><li>Quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapts as priorities shift </li><li>Open-minded approach to design challenges </li><li>Proactive learning and skill development </li></ul>
