The candidate must have strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical users in a corporate environment.</p> <p>Rate Range: $37/hour to $39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Technology Support Engineer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide service desk and field support to corporate users throughout the Windows 11 upgrade initiative.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot Windows desktop OS issues, hardware problems, and application compatibility concerns.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist users with post-upgrade configuration needs, basic training, and general use questions.</p> </li><li> <p>Document incidents, resolutions, and any escalations in accordance with established support procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a smooth, stable, and efficient upgrade experience for all users.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver strong customer service while interacting directly with non-technical corporate users.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ Years of experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Client requires strong Windows OS troubleshooting skills with hands-on exposure to Windows 11 support.</p> </li><li> <p>Client requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with non-technical corporate users.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
