Values such as safety, honesty, integrity, and doing what we say are deeply ingrained in Flynn's culture.</p> <p>This National Account Manager role will be responsible for Business Development/Sales with National-based Accounts throughout the US, focusing on Commercial Roofing (Service Division).</p> <p>Travel will be required for this role.</p> <p>What we Offer</p> <p>Competitive Salary</p> <p>Performance-based bonus program</p> <p>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</p> <p>401(k) w/ company match</p> <p>Life Insurance</p> <p>Paid time off and paid holidays</p> <p>Company sponsored Employee Appreciation events</p> <p>Health Club Membership (specific health clubs)</p> <p>EFAP</p> <p>Flynn University: Education & Leadership Development</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Generate leads for new business through various methods of communications. </li><li>Identify potential new clients and develop relationship with key decision makers. </li><li>Frequent communication with new and existing customers to ensure full quality and satisfaction. </li><li>Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client. </li><li>Ability to conduct presentations or demonstrations remotely. </li><li>Attend association, industry, and networking events. </li><li>Work closely with local Service departments as well as the National Business Development Management and Team to ensure they are informed on business activities and issues. </li><li>Extensive travel within US to meet with branches and/or clients. </li><li>Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Related previous sales experience required. </li><li>Knowledge of the construction industry preferred. </li><li>Post-secondary education considered an asset. </li><li>Ability to establish and build strong relationships. </li><li>Well-developed sales/presentation skills in power point. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite. </li><li>Able to work in a fast paced and sales driven environment. </li></ul> <p>.
