Today, Igloo has 90% + brand awareness and is #1 in market share in the US, is a pioneer in sustainability for our category with the launch of biodegradable coolers and coolers made with from post-consumer recycled resin and other sustainable materials and has a growing DTC business allowing us to build direct relationships with our consumers. In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there is the opportunity to Globally grow both brands together.</p> <p>We are on a journey of continuous growth - now looking for our next star - a passionate VP of Sales for Walmart/Sam' Club.</p> <p>The Vice President of Sales for Walmart/Sam's Club will be responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy and operations for Walmart and Sam's Club accounts. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives. The VP of Sales will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for Walmart and Sam's Club accounts. </li><li>Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team. Ensure the team is motivated, well-trained, and aligned with the company's goals. </li><li>Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart and Sam's Club, including senior executives, category managers, and buyers. </li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Collaborate on promotional activities, product launches, and other key projects. </li><li>Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making. </li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for Walmart and Sam's Club accounts. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. </li><li>Customer Focus: Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities. MBA preferred. </li><li>Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. </li><li>Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail industry, particularly Walmart and Sam's Club.
