<p>Graphic Designer - In office required- Irvine, CA</p> <p>Must have an online portfolio for review.</p> <p>Pay range: $60k-$70k</p> <p>The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the creative and marketing teams with the production of visual materials, including graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia assets.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design compelling, visually cohesive materials including brochures, invitations, logos, newsletters, print and digital ads, web assets, social media content, and more. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the home office Creative and Marketing teams as well as marketing partners to bring ideas to life and solve creative challenges. </li><li>Develop design solutions that are both brand-consistent and forward-thinking, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling. </li><li>Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and marketing goals, while maintaining a high level of polish and consistency. </li><li>Uphold professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in all work. </li></ul> <p>General Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Able to travel based on need and priority. Adhere to Company travel policies and guidelines. </li><li>Maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and visitors, following established safety procedures. </li><li>As required, complete annual and monthly training, attend scheduled in-services and mandatory meetings. Maintain all required certifications/licensures. </li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule as evidenced by working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary to ensure adequate coverage within the department. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prefer three (3) to four (4) years of work experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that shows versatility and visual impact. </li><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac OS Platform). Expertise in Illustrator and InDesign with a strong knowledge of Photoshop. Bonus points for video/motion design experience. </li><li>Experience with developing designs as part of a brand identity. </li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Adept at multi-tasking with strong organizational and project management skills, and able to turn around projects very quickly and deliver on schedule. </li><li>Skilled in designing for both print and digital formats. </li><li>Receptive to change and takes direction well. </li><li>Must be flexible, adaptable, innovative, and open in response to competitive pressure, multiple decision makers and production changes. </li><li>A collaborative thinker that excels in a creative team environment. </li><li>Strong time-management skills. </li><li>Must pass a Criminal Background check. </li></ul> <p>May require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines</p> <p>With communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada, opportunities for career growth, relocation, and travel are significant.
