With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today's cost.</p> <p>Team:</p> <p>Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>As an Implementation Engineer at Maven AGI, you will be a critical member of our go to market motion, supporting our customer experience team to drive the adoption of our AI solutions. Your role will involve understanding customer challenges, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring new customers are set up for success by delivering tangible business value. This position demands a combination of technical acumen, sales skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed throughout the entire customer journey.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Solution Design: Work collaboratively with the sales, CX and product teams to develop customized solutions that address specific customer pain points and deliver measurable ROI at a fast time to value. </li><li>Technical Implementation: as a post-sales motion, you will work hand in hand with project managers and solution engineering teams to deliver an implementation plan and full product roll out, leveraging the capabilities of Maven AGI's application platform </li><li>Technical Demonstrations: as a pre-sales motion you will support with technical demonstrations and proof of concept exercises to lead the prospect through the art of the possibility. </li><li>Customer Interactions: Engage with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation cycle and leading change management as an external consultant to partner with the customer. </li><li>Coding: Develop and modify applications using the Maven SDK to demonstrate product features or support integrations during the sales process. </li></ul> <p>Feedback Loop: Gather insights from customer interactions to inform product development and improve our offerings, ensuring we continue to meet market demands.</p>
