We encourage our employees to think like owners - to continue to act small as we grow.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>This position is responsible for the sufficient delivery and supply of materials to specific areas throughout the plant.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Move, lift and stack material using hand trucks and other devices as required</p> <p>Ability to follow and understand WIP management process</p> <p>Move material throughout delivery areas ensuring that proper routing of material is followed (FIFO)</p> <p>Responsible for timely and accurate delivery and pick up of material</p> <p>Attention to detail with delivery of work in progress</p> <p>Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</p> <p>Use power walkies or other material movement equipment as needed (such as: Power Tugger Cart)</p> <p>Capable of performing repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), flexibility for bending and reaching</p> <p>Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)</p> <p>Perform any and all related tasks assigned</p> <p>OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> <p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <p>Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent</p> <p>Ability to operate various material handling equipment</p> <p>Previous work experience handling and delivering materials</p> <p>Training/Certifications for material handling equipment</p> <p>Team player who is reliable, eager to learn, train and rotate through the various operations</p> <p>Strong dedication to team member morale, customer service, safety, quality and delivery</p> <p>Ability to multitask</p> <p>Ability to work independently and meet production expectations</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>The ability to perform repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs.), flexibility for bending and reaching</p> <p>The ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)</p> <p>The ability to actively listening and read comprehensive documents</p> <p>Strong communication skills</p>
