<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about providing an excellent shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and supporting the daily operations of the store.</p> <p>This role is considered Onsite, which means the employee will work 100% onsite 5 days a week at our San Francisco, Presidio office.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide outstanding customer service in person, via chat, email, or phone</p> </li><li> <p>Assist customers with product selection, order status inquiries, and returns</p> </li><li> <p>Represent Lucasfilm with knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism across all platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Support product launches and promotional campaigns across retail and digital channels</p> </li><li> <p>Welcome employees and guests into an engaging retail environment</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of store merchandise</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with store visuals and displays ensuring they are always well stocked and merchandised.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeping the store clean with light dusting and sweeping.</p> </li><li> <p>Performing all opening and closing procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Process and fulfill online orders accurately and on time</p> </li><li> <p>Manage returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries through e-commerce systems</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in product listing, updating descriptions, and maintaining accurate online inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for online store improvements</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of retail or customer service experience</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to solve problems quickly and handle multiple tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends.</p> </li><li> <p>Retail Point of Sale, Microsoft 360, Google Suite, and Canva experience are a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $ $43,900 to $58,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.</p>
