<p>Work Flexibility: Hybrid</p> <ul> <li>This position is on a hybrid schedule with the expectation of the candidate to be able to work at our Portage, MI office 3x/week </li></ul> <p>What You Will Do</p> <p>This position will support the Acute Care business unit as its financial partner. Primary responsibilities include financial forecasting, reporting, month-end close, business analytics, expense management, and ad-hoc analysis.</p> <ul> <li>Financial Planning & Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans; analyze performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth. </li><li>Financial Modeling & Scenario Analysis: Build and maintain complex models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and business scenarios for informed decision-making. </li><li>Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, impactful financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating data into strategic recommendations. </li><li>Forecasting & Cost Optimization: Enhance forecasting accuracy and conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities and improve financial efficiency. </li><li>File Management & Branding: Maintain financial models and reporting files with consistent branding and quality standards for stakeholder confidence. </li><li>Collaborate with business partners to influence and achieve financial and functional goals. Coordinate and provide visibility of financial results across reporting structures </li></ul> <p>General Accounting & Financial Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and prepare accounting activities in collaboration with supporting Finance Centers and other partners. </li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies. Assist in the support of auditors during the audit process. </li></ul> <p>What You Need:</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Hyperion Financial Managemen </li></ul> <p>Travel Percentage: 10%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
