The position reports to the Senior Recruiter, with a dotted line to the HR Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>The HR Intern will act as a SubCom Ambassador</p> </li><li> <p>Promote SubCom brand on campus</p> </li><li> <p>Compile a list of dates and times of campus events, focusing on IT and Engineering clubs</p> </li><li> <p>Use LinkedIn to promote SubCom attendance at UNH events</p> </li><li> <p>Attend or assist with Career Fairs</p> </li><li> <p>Talent Acquisition Support</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Senior Recruiter with scheduling and coordinating interviews</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding and creating offer letters under various offer conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Source and screen candidates for open positions using tools such as LinkedIn and Handshake</p> </li><li> <p>Promote roles through LinkedIn and local organizations</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with hiring managers on timely delivery of recruiting activity and updates</p> </li><li> <p>HR Support</p> </li><li> <p>Support onboarding of new employees, including assisting with new hire paperwork, assisting with pre-employment screenings, and conducting New Hire Onboarding presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Support HR projects and deliverables, such as the creation or updating of Process Documents and Job Aids, administrative support to Non-Manufacturing HR Manager for annual screenings, and other miscellaneous projects.</p> </li></ul>
